Purchasing Firearms from ShopTek, Inc.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be in compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws regarding the purchase and ownership of firearms. ShopTek, Inc. follows all Federal, State and Local laws concerning the sale and transfer of all firearms.
Note: Knowing and abiding to State and/or Local laws/restrictions prohibiting the possession/ownership of any item ShopTek Inc. sells is the customer’s responsibility. Any merchandise credit required for not complying with the aforementioned is subject to a 10% re-stocking charge and any shipping charges incurred.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase long guns and 21 years or older to purchase hand guns. Check your local & State laws
Shipping Policy/ Rates
ShopTek, Inc. ships most orders via UPS Ground. Handguns must ship via USPS. We usually ship within 1-2 business days. Firearms require additional time for proper paperwork preparation and approvals to send to specific states. Any orders requiring a shipping service other than those listed by default below (i.e. expedited) will need to be requested by calling us directly during business hours at 585-317-3958. Optionally you can use the “Contact Us” form and provide your Order Number in addition to your phone and email address you used to place the order.
ShopTek Inc. charges the following for shipping firearms.
Note: All firearms must be shipped to your local licensed (FFL) firearms dealer. No Exceptions
Handguns – $30.00 flat rate and includes all handling charges. Handguns are shipped USPS to your local FFL (Licensed Firearms Dealer).
Long Guns – $30.00 flat rate and includes all handling charges. Long guns usually ship vis UPS ground. Call for other shipping arrangements. All long guns ship directly to your local FFL (Licensed Firearms Dealer).
Ammunition – All ammunition ships UPS ground only! Please research if ammunition can be shipped to your state. See Ammunition Restrictions for more information.
Accessories: Ship via calculated rate for carrier chosen at checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO – We do not ship outside of the continental US and we do not ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses within the continental US.
International: ShopTek Inc. does not ship internationally or outside of the continental United States.
Returns
ShopTek Inc. will not accept any returns without prior authorization. You may initiate a return for an order via your account page. Optionally, you can request a return for an item using our Contact Us page. make sure you include your Order ID, email address used when ordering, and your phone number. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless thhe item is defective or damaged due to shipping. If defective or damaged due to shipping, ShopTek Inc. will send you a shipping label with instructions. All other returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are encouraged to use a courier with a tracking number. All items will be inspected prior to any exchange or refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping
